Miguel thrives on taking on difficult and strategic challenges. He leverages his strength to paint a vision, communicate and rally support for the seemingly impossible. Beyond the thrill of technology, Miguel is especially motivated by seeing the results of his unique leadership style that proven successful when it comes time to moving large groups of people to do difficult things.
Having worked for notable industry brands such as Willis Towers Watson, Allstate, and Pan-American Life Insurance Group – across a broad array of business and technology, Miguel brings a host of experience that spans multiple lines of business and distribution models.
In addition to Miguel’s professional career, he served on the Boards of the Hubbard Street Dance Company and Chicago Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America. He was recognized by Chicago United as a 2019 Business Leader of Color, is a 2018 Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago, and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Miguel received an MBA from Rider University and a BS in Business Administration from Metropolitan College of New York.
SVP, Salesforce Delivery
Kevin joins FiveM following more than eight years at Salesforce, where he served as Portfolio Services Leader and Principal Program Manager within Salesforce Services. During his tenure in the Communications, Media, and Technology operating unit, Kevin led large-scale transformation initiatives for clients in telecom, high-tech, and internet services consistently delivering results in complex, multi-cloud environments.
Prior to his time at Salesforce, Kevin spent several years at CSAA Insurance and successfully operated his own consulting firm for 15 years, further deepening his expertise in driving business outcomes and strategic change.
Kevin earned his BA in Information Science from Claremont McKenna College and his MS in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University. He is also 14x Salesforce certified including a certified Application Architect and certified B2B Solution Architect.
Senior Consultant, PMO Strategy
David is an expert PMO strategist. His 17 years of experience in IT spanned roles from business analysis, QA, project, portfolio, and PMO management with 12 of those years in the insurance industry. David has an emphasis on data driven-decision making, process optimization, and value realization. Projects have included implementations with Guidewire, HRIS, SAP Concur, Power BI, Cognos, and Microsoft SQL Server.
He is a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Professional in Business Intelligence, and holds an MBA and Software Engineering Masters from Penn State University.
Digital Marketing Director
Elizabeth is a cross-disciplinary digital marketer and creative strategist with a passion for building meaningful, measurable brand experiences. She holds a Master’s in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Digital Media from the University of Central Florida.
Elizabeth leads FiveM’s brand and campaign strategy across all digital channels—driving growth through innovative content systems, multi-platform storytelling, and data-backed decision making. A certified Microsoft Advertising Professional, Elizabeth blends strategic thinking with hands-on excellence.
Senior Consultant
Kelly adds her 20 years of leading complex projects for insurance and financial organizations to the FiveM team. Projects have included data and document migration, IT infrastructure, data analytics, data governance, underwriting process automation, M&A, and IT security. In addition, Kelly’s project experience has spanned across multiple initiatives and functions which allows her to translate among business, technical, and financial operations. Kelly has worked with organizations such as Hiscox, AIG, Farmers, and Riverstone to name a few.
Kelly is a Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Product Owner and holds an MBA in Finance and Management and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
Senior Business Analyst
Iwona is a Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a double MBA from Montclair State University. As an exceptional business consultant, she thrives in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, leveraging her superb skills in requirements gathering, technical writing, and workflow development. Iwona is dedicated to excellence, consistently helping businesses achieve their highest potential. As a liaison among various stakeholders, she has extensive experience creating a range of materials, including business requirements documents (BRDs), current vs. future process documentation, and training manuals.
An accomplished trainer, she focuses on understanding her audience to deliver clear, user-friendly material. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in her outstanding workflow diagrams and business requirements documentation. With a passion for optimization and efficiency, Iwona’s analytical and consultative skills enable her to deeply understand end-user needs and expectations from organizational systems. Developing effective and sustainable solutions, along with tailored delivery and training methods, has been a cornerstone of her career. Currently, Iwona is pursuing a nationally recognized Business Analyst certification to further enhance her expertise.

Jasmine is a Salesforce Solution Consultant with a background in solution architecture, business analysis, and user-centered implementation. With years of experience at Salesforce and in cross-functional consulting roles, she’s led end-to-end rollouts, QA efforts, and enablement initiatives across diverse industries. Jasmine thrives at the intersection of people and process, helping clients translate complex needs into scalable solutions that drive adoption and long-term success.

David Dávila is a multilingual Salesforce Architect and data science professional with more than five years of experience driving AI-powered CRM transformations across a wide range of industries, including insurance, pharma, life-sciences, and energy.
Holding 14 Salesforce certifications, multiple superbadges, and dual master’s degrees—one in Neurochemistry from Stockholm University and another in Data Science from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya—David blends technical mastery with a deep understanding of human behavior and systems thinking. He has architected and delivered end-to-end Salesforce solutions spanning Service, Experience, and Sales Cloud, with an emphasis on scalable architecture, governance, and actionable data strategies.
A passionate educator and Tableau Academic Ambassador, David approaches every initiative with a strong, community-driven mindset. At FiveM, he designs resilient, user-centered Salesforce and AI architectures that help clients gain clarity, foster collaboration, and achieve lasting impact across sectors.
Senior Business Systems Consultant
Caleb brings 15 years of expertise in Business Systems through information technology, accounting and project management. The majority of his career comes as the Lead ERP Project Manager for a fortune 1000 company where he also received the Financial Services Employee of the Year. He spent 5 years as an enterprise PM leading 70 team members across strategic alignment, business continuity, SOX compliance, SEC regulatory conformity, data integrity, reporting, release upgrades, training and technical support to over 1,500 internal customers with over 2 million transactions on the ERP suite.
Caleb has additional experience working for non-profit and small businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Management from University of Washington and an AA in Accounting from Tacoma Community College. He also holds 11 accredited certifications for Windows Server, SQL Databases, SharePoint, ITIL Service Management and Project Management.

Elijah is an IT and cloud infrastructure specialist with a decade of experience helping organizations modernize, secure, and scale their technology environments. With deep expertise in Microsoft and Azure, he has led multinational security hardening initiatives and delivered end-to-end digital transformation projects from enterprise cloud migrations to hardware authentication and automated user lifecycle workflows.

Mike is a strategy and delivery leader with over 20 years of consulting experience driving complex digital transformations and technology initiatives across the Insurance sector. He is known for his ability to engage C-suite leaders at the intersection of vision and execution to translate complex challenges into clear, high-impact roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
Throughout his career, Mike has shaped enterprise transformation programs and AI initiatives from concept to completion – defining opportunity areas, building compelling business cases, and designing and leading high-impact MVPs that prove value early. He leads multi-disciplinary delivery teams with a focus on unlocking revenue growth, cost efficiency, and differentiated digital experiences for clients.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Computer Science from Hamilton College and holds several industry certifications, including SAFe Agilist, ITIL v3, and PMP.
